Annual production of approximately 60,000 bottles takes place in a 1,500 m² facility equipped with concrete vats for natural vinification and a dedicated barrel cellar for ageing.
An experienced team works closely with the owner and winemaker throughout the growing season, from pruning to hand-harvesting the finest plots, with HVE-compliant phytosanitary practices and leaf-thinning when required.
Major investments, now approaching completion, are already enhancing the estate’s reputation, as demonstrated by leading critics’ ratings and successful en primeur sales.
