April 2020 : How deep the Real estate business will change in France

We take up a relevant and optimistic analysis of the Le Figaro Immo published today. The short-term real estate market will start again.
It will become plural :
- the priority real estate market: that of acts in progress. At the end of containment, this priority market will be dynamic and will allow to unlock several complex situations and inject considerable amounts of money in the economy.
- the real estate market of necessity: the one that will generate rapid sales acts, in the very short term: for all those who will have a pressing need for capital. For all those whose family situation will have to change (divorces ...).
- the opportunity property market : in perpetual return after each major crisis. The misfortune of the One sometimes making the happiness of the Others. In the short term therefore, the real estate market (s) will be dynamic. In the medium term, no collapse, but certainly "corrections" are to be expected, varying according to the type of property and their situations.

We will therefore have to pay great attention to this particular luxury real estate market.
