On the hillside, 5 minutes by bike from the medieval city, another block of land includes, on a built-up area of a little less than 900 m2:
- a beautiful renovated stone house which houses two bedrooms and a shower room on the first floor, a large tasting room, a kitchen, a shower room and an independent office, as well as a barrel cellar and a storage area,
- outbuildings and attic space to be converted.
- a new insulated vat room with its canopy and wooden cladding revealing, through a play of transparency, the winegrowing landscape from which the motif is inspired,
- thermo-regulated stainless steel vats, a peristaltic pump and small vinification equipment.
The transfer concerns all the shares of the owner and operator company, which has no employees and holds the registered trademark.
The valuation of the shares will be based on the price of the assets excluding stock (current presentation price) and on the value of the stock at the date of signature.
